WA State beaches... actually beach off the Pacific coast is very rugged look, just as if it was maybe if Columbus could have sailed up. Waters are not friendly. One does not want to underestimate the tides here. However, it does have a wide open beauty to it. Hardly has any commericalism to it at all... Barely in cities such as Oceanshores or Grayland. I have to go down to Oregon to find a place that reminds me of home (CA). HUGS
