Bye Bye Rooster, Bye Bye

Yes!  The rooster is gone!  Apparently several of the neighbors had complained to the lady who owned the rooster but she was telling them she'd try and keep the rooster quiet.  Now how would one go about doing that?  So one of the complaining neighbors asked Jeff to add his voice to the complaints.  Jeff is always calm and diplomatic so he called the lady and had a talk with her.  She explained that when they bought the chicks, they aren't able to tell the sex so didn't know until later that one was a rooster.  Well, that's all well and good but you still have a rooster crowing at 4:30 AM in a neighborhood where you aren't supposed to have chickens anyway.  So bottom line, she told him she had found a home for the rooster and he would be leaving on Saturday.  Woke up Saturday morning and opened the window to the sound of silence.
