We had Audre and he sister, Auntie Joy, over on Sunday night for a birthday dinner for Audre. Her memory is fading more and more and didn't even remember that it was her birthday. She stays pleasant and good-natured so that is a plus. Jeff really has his hands full with helping her to remember things like taking her medications both morning and night and driving her wherever she has to go.
We will be celebrating Ryan's birthday this weekend. I think he wants to go to Chuck E. Cheese. I've promised to buy him a game on my iPad and Jeff is buying him a game on his Kindle on his actual birthday but the rest of his presents will probably wait until the weekend.
My Facebook friends have seen this video but I thought I'd share it here. After several years, our peahen (female peacock) still resides in our neighborhood. She pretty much hangs out in the backyards of about six of our neighbors- the three houses at the end of our block and the three that are directly behind us. This past week, we found her on the balcony off our master bedroom.
Hi Darylynn,
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to you all! How did you like Gravity I actually have friends that did not like it at all. I can't get anyone to go see with me either. I guess I will have to see it when it is a rental. So sorry to hear about Audre. Ryan will have a fun time at Chuck E Cheese Justin had one Birthday there. Great video of peahen. Hope you have a great Monday and week ahead. Hugs, Dru
Happy Birthday Darylynn! Hubby and I want to see that movie, hopefully this weekend. Chuck E Cheese is always a favortie with the kids. My boys worked there, along with Marina and several of their friends. We were all there last year for Eddie's birthday. He is having a Ninja party at a local pizza place. Time sure flies. Seems just like yesterday that we were both sharing the news with each other. I posted a "new" baby pic at my blog. Have a great week. Hugs
ReplyDeleteHi Darylynn; I'm glad you had a nice birthday with Jeff. How did you like the movie? I loved it but found people either loved it or hated it with no inbetween. I agree, the best way to see it is in 3D. The space scenes were spectacular. Have a lovely Tuesday my friend. Hugs
ReplyDeleteHappy (belated) birthday, Darylynn! Glad you had fun with Jeff.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe Ryan will be 6 already! :)
Best wishes for a lovely 6th birthday to Ryan tomorrow! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this neat video of the pretty lady peacock, I can see it today. *hugs*
Happy Birthday to you all!
ReplyDeleteI am sorry to hear about Audre. Life is never easy is it?
Is there a mate for the peahen somewhere? What fun to see her on your balcony; that had to be a nice surprise.
Have a great Wednesday.
Hugs
